Authenticity & Cultural Attribution

Bazaar of Treasures is committed to representing every piece in our collection with honesty, respect, and transparency.

Jewelry identified as Navajo, Zuni, Hopi, Native American or other attributes is described as such only when we have a reasonable basis for attribution through signatures, hallmarks, provenance, or recognized stylistic characteristics. When an exact tribal affiliation or maker cannot be confidently verified, we will describe the piece as Southwestern or Southwestern-style, for example, as appropriate.

Because many vintage and estate pieces have changed hands over the years, original documentation is not always available. We make every effort to research and accurately identify each item using industry references, hallmarks, construction methods, and our best professional judgment.

Natural variations, handcrafted details, and signs of age are part of the character and authenticity of vintage and estate jewelry and should be appreciated as evidence of their unique history.
