• No Returns: All sales are final. Due to the vintage and secondhand nature of our jewelry, products and items (“Items”), we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Quality Assurance: Our Items are carefully inspected and described in detail on our website. If you have any questions or need additional information before making a purchase please reach out to us.
• Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your Item arrives damaged, please immediately take photos of the packaging and damaged Items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will request photos to assess the situation and will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
