We will always point out if there are imperfections such as missing stones, chips, bent metal, anything that the naked eye and a microscope can catch.
- Inspection and Care: We encourage customers to inspect their purchases upon receipt and to handle and care for their jewelry and Items responsibly. Any wear, damage, or change in condition after purchase is the responsibility of the buyer.
