Vintage Magsenite Sterling Silver Oval Pendant

This is an unstamped Magnesite Southwestern-style oval sterling silver pendant. Unstamped pieces were common for artisan and bench-made pieces where silversmiths omit hallmark stamps on their custom work. This stone could be considered "Wild Horse Magnesite" as it has a deep, glass-like polish. The scrollwork is intricate, and the oxidized wirework framing of the Magnesite is indicative of careful bench work rather than a cast mold. It's truly a stunning rock and pendant at 36g and approximately 2.75".
